Revenue Assurance Assessment Options
Choose a fixed-fee guided pilot, Salesforce architecture review, or multi-system revenue architecture assessment with Haywood Management LLC.
What is the first commercial step?
Three fixed-fee options are published: a $750 Guided Pilot, a $5,000 Salesforce Org & Architecture Review, and a $10,000 Multi-System Revenue Architecture Review. A correctly signed paid Stripe event activates the customer account. Salesforce or NetSuite access still requires the customer's own scoped OAuth authorization through the local companion.
A written scope should define the environment, transaction types, controls, access boundary, evidence, deliverables, timeline, and customer responsibilities before work begins.
Information to prepare
- 01
The Revenue Cloud, CPQ, billing, or quote-to-cash concern you need to understand.
- 02
The Salesforce environment and transaction types that may be affected.
- 03
Known examples, releases, reports, or reconciliation differences.
- 04
Security, legal, procurement, and data-retention requirements.
- 05
The decision or deliverable the assessment should support.
Evidence that makes the result reviewable
Scope conversation
A no-connection discussion of the business concern and assessment boundary.
Written proposal
Defined controls, evidence, responsibilities, timeline, and commercial terms.
Security review
Identity, access, data handling, retention, and incident requirements before connection.
Guided onboarding
Approved sandbox or read-only environment connection only after the gates are met.
Sample boundary: public examples are illustrative and do not represent a customer result, connected Salesforce organization, or production outcome.
Practical remediation path
- Email Haywood Management with the business concern and desired outcome.
- Review the proposed scope and security boundary with the responsible stakeholders.
- Authorize a connection only after the written requirements are approved.
Questions teams ask during review
Does submitting an inquiry connect Salesforce?
No. An inquiry starts a scope conversation only.
Are prices published on the public site?
Yes. The Guided Pilot is $750, the Salesforce Org & Architecture Review is $5,000, and the Multi-System Revenue Architecture Review is $10,000. Each is a one-time fixed-fee engagement subject to the written onboarding scope.
Can the sample dashboard be reviewed first?
Yes. The public demo shows the interface and sample evidence without using customer credentials or records.
