Haywood Cloud Guided Pilot Terms

Pilot scope

The $750 Guided Pilot is a 30-day evaluation for one Salesforce sandbox or Developer Edition environment. An owner-approved invitation may expressly designate the same evaluation as a complimentary pilot with no Stripe payment required. The pilot includes a configuration baseline, prioritized findings, one findings workshop, and a written remediation and validation plan. NetSuite comparison is included only when Haywood and the customer approve it in the written onboarding scope.

Customer responsibilities

The customer confirms it is authorized to connect each selected system and environment, assigns an appropriate administrator for onboarding, and avoids submitting regulated or unnecessary personal data. Production write access is not included.

Access and security

Payment or an approved complimentary invitation reserves the pilot but does not automatically authorize Salesforce or NetSuite access. Haywood verifies the customer, authorization, and approved read-only metadata scope before connection. Haywood may suspend access when fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or a security risk is suspected.

No automatic remediation

Findings are advisory and evidence-led. Customers remain responsible for approving, testing, and deploying system changes. Haywood Cloud does not make production Salesforce or NetSuite changes during the Guided Pilot.

Conversion credit

A paid pilot fee may be credited toward the first annual Haywood Cloud agreement when the customer converts within 30 days after pilot completion. Complimentary pilots do not create a monetary credit. Ongoing plans require a separate written order or checkout acceptance.
